Renee Barker is the owner of Barker Insurance Group. She has been in insurance for some time now and is so grateful for the opportunity to be there for other families. Insurance and protecting families is a personal mission for Renee. Several years ago Renee had a situation in her own family where the loss of insurance caused such a burden on the family that they lost everything. The family home, 50 acres of land and everything on it. Then the family had to scrape together the money just to be able to bury the matriarch of the family. It was a painful and embarrassing situation for the whole family. Renee was looking for a career change at this time and decided with going through this situation of her own, she had a unique perspective of how having or not having insurance can make such a drastic difference in a family’s life. By getting into the business of insurance and finances, she can help other families put protection in place for their futures and their families. Making sure to have a plan in place that would protect all of their loved ones in both life and death. Renee’s hope is that Barker Insurance Group will be a place that generations can count on to be there for their family throughout the years.
